Once again we went to Autodesk University Brazil, the biggest meeting of design, engineering and engineering professionals in Brazil.
In that year 2016, Arsenal had a booth among ADN members (Autodesk Developer Network). Our focus this year was showing success stories. In our booth we show how some companies have revolutionized the way they design and have been very successful. Our discussion with AutoCAD, Revit and Civil 3D Customization by Programming – Success stories has further reinforced our theme for the event. In the lecture Arsenal detailed some software that was developed and also showed how it is done planning the development and implantation of the software we develop, as well as all the support material and technical support we offer.
We believe and show that we are not exaggerating when we say that we revolutionize the way we design. Check it out for yourself.
Arsenal has developed yet another solution for the design world. The Maccaferri Industrial Group, an Italian multinational in the infrastructure sector, had internally developed a support system to design its containment projects, but with the passing of the years both the technology and the approach to project preparation have been out of date in this system. It was in this scenario that Maccaferri contracted the services of Arsenal to build a brand new system based on what is the most modern and powerful available from the Autodesk APIs. After 8 months of project with the support of a Maccaferri task force with professionals in 4 countries the MACRES system was completed and its implementation was a success! MACRES is software that runs both in AutoCAD and Civil 3D capable of calculating and distributing the boards of a retaining wall through a series of user-defined parameterizations. It also generates quantitative and exports to Excel. Today the software is managed by the designers of Brazil, the United States, India, Italy, and the other branches of Maccaferri. We both Arsenal and Maccaferri are celebrating the results and we are looking for new partnerships in other projects.
This week Arsenal Technology was at the Gravataí / RS plant of DANA Indústrias LTDA company for the beginning of the implementation phase of the SDGP system developed by our team of specialists.
DANA is an American auto company, it has contracted Arsenal services to develop and deploy a management system for its more than 50,000 projects in AutoCAD and Inventor.
When the system is fully deployed, it will link all DANA project sectors, standardizing the project registration form as well as linking AutoCAD, Inventor and the company’s ERP system.
In terms of project control, the SDGP is responsible for a real revolution in DANA! And you, what are you hoping to revolutionize also the way of designing your company?
Arsenal Technology was present at Autodesk University Brasil 2015, the largest meeting of design, engineering and engineering professionals in Brazil.
With the lecture “Automating processes in AutoCAD and Revit by programming,” Arsenal Technology showed how the world of AutoCAD and Revit can be customized to fit the needs of your business. If you were not present at the event, or can not attend the lecture, you now have the opportunity to attend the lecture from start to finish.
